Prior to joining Dakin & Dakin Commercial Real Estate Services, Jay consulted with real estate general partners to help them manage their tech stack and expand their commercial portfolio. In addition to his consulting work, Jay also has extensive experience as a research analyst specializing in zoning regulations, tax information, bank requirements, property title analysis, and market rent data for commercial multifamily properties. With his in-depth understanding of the latest industry trends and technologies, Jay has consistently delivered valuable guidance to his clients, enabling them to improve their operations and grow their business.
In his free time, Jay can be found lifting weights or hiking the hills at Pena Adobe, trying to burn off all the food he eats downtown. It is a never-ending cycle of hiking to eat, and eating to hike.
